Member Program Agreement for Web Site Registrations SCPYWO has developed an interactive Web site to allow Member Programs to enter their wrestlers into sanctioned events. This Agreement is intended to clarify the roles and responsibilities with this system. Every team member who wishes to participate in a SCPYWO activity must complete and sign the Registration and Liability Wavier form and return it to the Coach, who will forward it to SCPYWO. The Coach, or a designated representative will: 1) enter the necessary data (e.g. birth date and weight) for each child onto his Web site Team Roster, and 2) provide timely updates of each child's Won/Lost record at the three skill levels of competition. This information is needed for appropriate tournament bracketing, and it is also a valuable tool for the Coach's assessment of the child's progress through the season. The Team Roster page will also be used to register wrestlers into tournaments. Changes may be made freely, withdrawing from a tournament or re-entering, until 9:00PM three days prior to the event (e.g. Wednesday for a Saturday tournament). As of this time, the team assumes financial responsibility for all entries. Checks for "bulk payment" of these fees are due on the morning of the event. Unless otherwise noted, payment for Traditional Tournaments is made to the Host Program, and payment for Classification Tournaments is made to SCPYWO. Each Member Program will establish its own method of collecting fees from team members prior to the event. All registration for Classification Tournaments will be via the Web site. Unless otherwise noted, registration for sanctioned Traditional Tournaments may be done by the Web site, or they may bypass the above system, with the individual wrestler completing an entry form and sending his fee directly to the Host School. Web site registration is available only to Member Programs, and it is not used for non-sanctioned tournaments. SCPYWO will generate "profits" from the entry fees of Classification tournaments, Web site advertising, and other sources. A substantial portion of this income will be returned to member programs in proportion to their participation in the Classification Tournaments; these distributions will be made at the completion of the elementary wrestling The principals outlined above are understood and accepted by:
